Shipping Policy

JCR Golf ships orders to customers in the United States. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the products in the order and the delivery address.

Processing time

In-stock, non-custom products usually leave our fulfillment partner within 2 to 4 business days after the order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Custom, personalized, logoed, decorated, and made-to-order products require additional production time. We confirm timing before production when a custom project needs approval, artwork, or special handling.

Tracking and delivery

When tracking is available, it is sent to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery timelines depend on the carrier, service level, and destination.
